Mr. Roberson was a present father to his chronically ill 2-year-old daughter Nikki, who tragically passed away from prior medical conditions. Hospital staff judged Robert’s response to his daughter’s grave condition as lacking emotion. In reality, Robert is Autistic, but was undiagnosed at the time.
