London Advocacy Event: 3rd June

Calling all London area families with nonspeakers! Elizabeth is coming to Common Purpose at 38 Artillery Lane on Monday, June 3 at 5PM. Please join us to learn about Communication 4 ALL’s mission to ensure all nonspeakers with autism have access to communication and education. Elizabeth will give a 30-minute presentation and then answer your questions live. Elizabeth’s presentation will focus on C4A Academy, a program of free internet-based videos that teach nonspeakers to type with coaching from a communication partner. If you have someone in your family who is 4 years or older who cannot use speech to fully communicate their thoughts, please join us. We are grateful for Common Purpose who has donated the use of their office space. We also appreciate Unlocking Voices for their support of nonspeakers in the UK, and Neurodiversity in Business for helping us get the word out. We are excited to be back in London for the mission!

This event is free, unticketed, and open to the public.

Please note that, unfortunately, Common Purpose’s space is not wheelchair accessible, as it is down a staircase. We would be happy to meet separately with anyone for whom this presents an accessibility barrier. If you have any access needs in order to attend this event safely, comfortably, and equitably, please let us know and we will do our absolute best to accommodate.

Please email with any questions or access needs.
